In Itabashi station, the 1st floor lobby is named as "J:COM munityPark" to be used as a community space for local people. Moreover, on the wall of the lobby is the wall sheet with thedesign of Cartoon Network character to appeal the benefits of cableTV. Also, in Yamato station, there is a "Kid's Play Space" for thecommunity children to enjoy playing. |

Tokyo Media Center started in full swing this year, and is creatingprograms including 12 titles for 4 stations within the Tokyoregion. As a result of integrating the production teams of eachstation, the staffs' professionalism and efficiency have enhanced.Large scale programs such as live coverage of festivals becamepossible, and a high quality system has been organized with theunique characteristics of cable television. |
