Image data of identity verification documents
To apply for J:COM MOBILE, you will need one of the following identification documents that can prove the J:COM subscriber's name, address, and date of birth.
*Identification documents of the "J:COM subscriber" are required. (This is not the user.) Please be careful not to make any mistakes.
Identity verification documents must be uploaded as image data or submitted via eKYC. If you prepare the image data in advance, you can proceed with the application smoothly.

・Must have a photograph, name, date of birth, and current address, and must be within the expiration date.
*In the case of a driving record certificate, an expiration date is not required.
*If your current address and current name are written on the back side, please submit the back side as a supporting document.

・You do not need the back side with your personal number (My Number) written on it. Due to the Mobile Phone Improper Use Prevention Act, the application will be incomplete.

・Be sure to submit supporting documents for address verification.

*If there are any changes to be made, please submit the back side of the form with the details of the changes as a supplementary document.

* Meter reading slips and statements cannot be accepted.
*The address of the receipt must be addressed to the person himself/herself.
*There have been many cases of inaccuracies in name and address. Please check once again for any errors in writing or uploading the documents.
* Those who do not match the address stated in the "personal identification document" and the application address cannot use eKYC. (The application will be incomplete due to the address difference.)
*Please use "identity verification by image upload". (need to upload supporting documents)
*If your address is different, please submit a "document that shows your current address" as a supplementary document.
