Application check and coordination of work date

After J:COM checks the application contents, we will contact the customer by telephone.
After the application is checked, it becomes an official application. J:COM will explain the required work, coordinate the schedule, and decide the date when our staff will visit the customer.

^* Once the date for J:COM NET work is decided, the customer should complete the procedure for terminating their contract with their existing line and provider, if any.

Service installation and device installation and setup

J:COM staff will visit the customer’s residence and perform the service installation work.
During the service installation work, the staff will install the necessary devices and perform initial setup.

^* The time required for installation work varies depending on the building conditions, contracted services, and work contents. Detailed information will be provided when concluding the contract.

^* The customer must be present when the work is performed.

Service start

After the work is completed, you will be able to use the contracted services immediately.

^* Once the work for uninstalling your currently subscribed internet service is finished, the changeover to J:COM internet is completed.
