As a local andlong-distance telephony service provider, our company's service ismostly the same as the service provided by NTT East & West butwe provide it at a much lower price. Our company group has signedinterconnection agreements with local/long distance telephonyservice providers, international telephone companies, and cellularphone and PHS service providers. Also, our number portabilityservice allows subscribers to keep the current telephone numberalready provided by NTT East & West. |

| Heavy User Discount | |
A discount may be applied to the total monthly callcharge depending on the amount of calls made. If the total monthly call charge is between 8,000 yen and 40,000yen, an 8% discount is applied. If the total monthly call charge is over 40,000 yen, a 10% discountis applied. Charges for calls made to cellular phones or PHS are alsocalculated within the total call charge.*Heavy User Discount iscalculated per line. |

Toku-Toku Talk (Available since February 1st,2005) Toku-Toku Talk is an option service that enables customers to usethe following discount services for 250 yen (263 yen including tax,per line). 1) Call charge between J:COM PHONE subscribers is free up to 10,000yen worth. 2) Call charge to other carriers' subscribers is flat regardless ofdistance, date, time. Within prefecture, non-local call: 7.9yen/3minutes (8.3 yenincluding tax /3 minutes) Outside prefecture: 14.8/3minutes (15.5 yen including tax / 3minutes) |
