Customers who live in an eligible property, have applied for an eligible plan as a new or additional service, and meet the following conditions (1) to (4).

• Complete the installation work (delivery if the customer installs it by themselves; the same shall apply hereinafter) by the end of the fifth month, including the month of application (conditions may vary depending on the building in which you live).
• Apply for this campaign on J:COM My Page by the end of the 5th month including the month in which installation work is completed.
• Use the target service as of the end of the 7th month including the installation work completion month.
• Completion of payment of usage fee for 6 months including installation month.

Apply only once

• It does not apply if you change to an ineligible plan within 7 months including the month the installation work is completed.
• Depending on your address or building, you may not be able to use the service, or the discount application conditions and period may differ.

• Applications on J:COM My Page will be accepted from the end of the month following the month in which installation work is completed.
• The QUO Card Pay URL can only be sent once. If there is an error in your registered J:COM Personal ID (email address), or if you have not set permission to receive "@smart-gift.jp", you may be required to reissue the QUO Card Pay URL. Retransmission is not possible.
• If you use "@hotmail.com", "@live.jp", "@msn.com", "@outlook.jp", you may not be able to receive the dedicated URL for QUO Card Pay, so please use an email address with a different domain. Please register.
• A separate contract processing fee of 3,300 yen (tax included) [3,080 yen (tax included) for the Kyushu and Yamaguchi areas] is required for new subscriptions and additional services.
• Except for the application of discounts, construction costs, handling fees, initial costs, etc. are required for the use, cancellation, and service changes of each service.
• Depending on the type of contract, some may not be applicable, and additional construction costs such as booster installation costs may be charged depending on the type of construction.
• Discounts and gifts are subject to change without notice.
• Customers who have canceled J:COM TV, J:COM NET, or J:COM PHONE service within the past six months are not eligible.

• We will send you a QUO card or QUO card Pay in the end of the ninth month, including the month the installation work is completed.
