J:COM has concluded disaster prevention information agreements and regional support agreements with more than 200 local governments, and conducts disaster prevention and disaster information dissemination, support activities for disaster-stricken areas, and disaster prevention training. It is possible to receive "disaster prevention administrative radio" broadcasts sent by local governments at home through a dedicated terminal (paid). In addition to delivering earthquake early warnings, weather information, evacuation information, etc., in the case of information issuance that threatens human life, the TV will automatically start and display evacuation information, weather information, etc.

By leveraging the strengths of both J:COM and NHK and complementing each other, we aim to deliver even more detailed disaster prevention and mitigation information to local residents by making full use of each other's transmission routes.
