  • There are two ways to pay the construction cost, one is to pay the cost in a lump sum to us, and the other is to pay in installments. For the payment method in installments, we offer "24 and 36 installment payments" for detached houses, and "12 and 24 installment payments" for collective housing.
  • Monthly installments will be billed together with the basic fee for J:COM services. The payment method and payment date are the same as those for J:COM service charges.
  • If the J:COM service contract is terminated during the installment payment period due to cancellation (including cancellation due to moving) or compulsory cancellation due to non-payment of fees, all remaining construction costs will be billed in a lump sum. However, when the initial contract is canceled, the limit is the amount specified in the Telecommunications Business Law and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Ordinance.
  • Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if you cancel your contract due to moving during the installment payment period, and you wish to continue J:COM service at your new location within 2 months from the date of cancellation, you will be billed for the remaining amount of the construction fee.   1. There are two ways to pay the construction costs: you can pay us in one lump sum, or you can pay in installments. We offer a payment method of 24 installments.

  3. If J:COM service contract is terminated during the installment payment period due to cancellation (including cancellation due to moving) or forced cancellation due to non-payment of fees, all remaining construction costs will be billed in one lump sum. However, in the case of initial contract cancellation, the amount shall be limited to the amount specified in the Telecommunications Business Act and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Ordinance.
  4. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if you cancel your contract due to moving during the installment payment period, if you continue J:COM service at your new location within 2 months from the date of cancellation, the remaining construction fee will be refunded. We will not charge you.
