Terms and Conditions/Applicability

Terms of contract
  • J:COM subscribers must apply to J:COM (prior consent from all au mobile phone subscribers to be billed is required).
  • J:COM and au mobile phone subscribers must have the same name or be members of a family, and J:COM contract address and the au mobile phone billing address must be the same.
  • Simultaneous contract with "KDDI Combined Billing" is not possible.
  • Those eligible for tax exemption cannot apply.
Applicable condition
  • If you are subscribed to one of our designated J:COM services and your au mobile phone usage fee is 100 yen (110 yen (tax included)) or more per month, the discount will be applied. However, if the J:COM fee is less than 100 yen (110 yen (tax included)) and payment to our company cannot be confirmed, the discount may not be applied.
  • Not applicable during the application procedure period.

  • J:COM service usage fees are not eligible for ponta points.
  • Customers using "J:COM Combined Billing" cannot charge (deposit) money to their "au PAY balance" using "au Easy Payment."
