Terms of contract

  • A contract for this service requires a subscription to J:COM service (TV, NET, PHONE, MOBILE, J:COM DENRYOKU, or J:COM Denki) and a contract with another gas retailer. It is necessary to switch to a contract with Tokyo Gas.
  • If you use LP (propane) gas, you cannot apply for this service.

  • Tokyo Gas will carry out gas supply and security services for each area, such as inspecting consumption equipment (gas appliances) and disseminating information on how to prevent danger. Alternatively, Tokyo Gas Lifeval, which is outsourced by Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd., will conduct the work.
  • There are conditions for billing. Details must be confirmed with the person in charge at the time of application.

  • To apply for this service, you need to subscribe to the Tokyo Gas web membership service "myTOKYOGAS".
  • Refunds will not be given for any gas fees that have already been used.
