• During the lease period, you will be covered by comprehensive property insurance (with residual value guarantee) provided by our partner leasing company. Covered incidents are limited to fire, lightning, explosion, wind damage, hail damage, snow damage, theft, flood damage, and electrical/mechanical accidents.
• If you choose Choshu Sangyo Co., Ltd., a warranty is included. The warranty applies to both leases and purchases. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the covered equipment (excluding failures caused by the customer).
• Products from Choshu Sangyo Co., Ltd. come with a warranty. For the first 10 years after installation, the manufacturer guarantees at least 81% of the nominal maximum output, and from the 11th to the 25th year, at least 72%. The warranty applies to both leased and purchased products.
• If you choose to lease, a warranty is included. During the lease period, you will be covered by comprehensive property insurance (residual value guarantee) provided by our partner leasing company. Covered incidents are limited to fire, lightning, explosion, wind damage, hail damage, snow damage, theft, flood damage, and electrical/mechanical accidents.
• If you choose a product from Choshu Sangyo Co., Ltd., a warranty is included. This warranty covers issues such as roof leaks caused by improper installation.
• Depending on the contract terms, such as whether the applicable grant budget is exceeded, your residential area, or the condition of your home where the equipment will be installed, you may not be eligible for the grant or application support. Please contact our representative for details.

<Terms of Use>
For residents within J:COM service area (as of November 5, 2025, currently only available in the Kanto region, with plans for gradual expansion; available even for non J:COM subscribers).
Those who fall under any of the following categories ① to ④ will not be eligible to apply.
① Persons under the age of 18.
② You are not the owner of the location where the leased equipment will be installed (your home).
③ Foreign residents who do not have permanent residency.
④ When using leased equipment for purposes other than household use (e.g., mixed-use residential/commercial properties, investment properties, etc.).
Furthermore, a joint guarantor will be required in the following cases ① to ④.
① If the person is over 75 years old at the end of the lease term.
② If a co-signer has been set up for the mortgage.
③ When there are joint owners of the house.
④ If the leasing company (our partner company: TEPCO Fintech Co., Ltd.) determines that a joint guarantor is required.
