After confirming the application details, the application will be finalized. We will explain the construction, adjust the schedule, and decide on a visit date for the person in charge of the construction.

J:COM 's construction personnel will visit the customer's home and perform the installation work for the service.
During the construction work to introduce the service, we will install the equipment, initial settings, and explain how to use it.

  • Construction work requires the presence of the customer.
