About iPhone repair

When repairing, you can choose one of the following two repair methods.

  1. Carry-in Repair: Bring the product directly to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.

  • Cooling-off period: 1. You may cancel the contract for this service by submitting a written or electromagnetic notice to us within 8 days of receiving the "Contract Details Notice (Contract Document)" that we will provide separately. Details of the initial contract cancellation system are described in the contract document. 2. If the service has already been provided to you, we will cover the costs of terminating the service.
  • If you request it, we will send you a separate document or electronic data containing the full text of the notice based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.

[AppleCare+ for iPhone (hereinafter, this service)]

  • For this service, J:COM will act as an intermediary for the purchase of "AppleCare+" through Apple, and the service will be provided to customers directly by Apple.
  • This service is available from the day after application.
  • "AppleCare+" can only be purchased at the same time as the purchase of the applicable device. However, if it is within 30 days of purchasing the applicable device, the customer can purchase it at an Apple Store directly.
  • If you cancel either "AppleCare+" or "J:COM MOBILE A Plan," you will be charged up to the monthly usage fee for the month of cancellation. There will be no pro rata charge.
  • "AppleCare+" services are provided in addition to legal rights under consumer protection laws in each jurisdiction, and purchasing this service is not required when purchasing an iPhone.   • For this service, monthly fees will be charged from the month following the month that includes the seventh day after the day you receive or plan to receive the applicable device.
