Pick up your device
We will send the device to you by mail.
When you receive the device, please check the enclosed materials and replace SIM Card from the old device to the new device.

iPhone同士なら「クイックスタート」、AndroidならGoogleアカウントを利用した移行が便利です。
手順については下記ページを参考にしてください。
機種変更後、古い端末の返却は必要ですか？
返却は不要です。ただし、端末買取サービスを利用される場合は、端末郵送の手続きが必要となります。
