J:COM TV offers three plans to choose from. "J:COM TV Shin Standard" allows you to enjoy J:COM's video streaming with carefully selected specialty channels and Paramount+, which has arrived in Japan for the first time. "J:COM TV Flex" is a set of Netflix, Disney+, and specialized channels. We offer “J:COM TV Select,” which allows you to choose one of the 8 packs of channels you want to watch, as well as plans tailored to your needs.

- Can I watch on multiple TVs?

If you sign up for J:COM TV for the first time, or User a service other than J:COM TV and sign up for J:COM TV as an additional service, we will provide up to three set-top boxes (Smart J:COM Box) dedicated to terrestrial digital and BS digital broadcasting to all the televisions in your home free of charge.
- CS broadcasts cannot be viewed using the free additional TV tuner device.

At J:COM, you can also enjoy 4K broadcasting (BS/CS) with just one cable.To watch 4K broadcasts, you will need to use a designated tuner and a 4K-compatible TV that supports HDMI2.0/HDCP2.2 standards.

- Except for applications for J:COM NET and J:COM LINK mini to which the "Seishun 22 Wari" and "Seishun 26 Wari" discounts apply, there is a minimum usage period of three months, including the month of joining. Even if you cancel midway through the contract, you will be required to pay one month's usage fee (including the amount equivalent to consumption tax).

- The service is subscribed to on a monthly basis and is automatically renewed every month until the service is cancelled. Monthly fees are not calculated on a pro rata basis even if the service is cancelled mid-month.
- Returns/refunds are not possible after the application procedure has been completed. Pro rata refunds are not possible for cancellations during the usage period.
- Depending on the work and the device you are using, you may not be able to watch it.
- The content, period, and fees may change without notice.

Due to the nature of this service, returns or refunds are not possible after application has been completed. In addition, refunds based on a pro rata basis for cancellations during the usage period are also not possible.

Even after completing the cancellation procedure, you can continue to use this service until the day before your next scheduled billing date.
