To subscribe to this service contract, you must be J:COM service subscriber and one of the customers specified in the following items.
To use the J:COM service, a basic monthly fee, installation fee, etc. are required. A removal fee is required for cancellation.
- Our company provides J:COM TV, J:COM NET, J:COM PHONE, J:COM MOBILE/disaster prevention information service or earthquake early warning/ J:COM WiMAX service (hereinafter referred to as "J:COM Service"). ) Those who apply for and use this service at the same time as applying for a new service.
- Those who have already subscribed to the J:COM service and are applying for and using this service newly.
- Those who contract under the name of an individual (excluding those who contract under the name of a corporation).
- Those who meet the conditions for membership recognized by our company.

- Limited to J:COM MOBILE subscribers.
- 11,000 yen (tax included) for up to 3 IoT devices, 11,000 yen (tax included) per device after the 4th device.
- An Internet connection environment is required for use (" J:COM MOBILE A Plan" does not use communication data, except when using a specific connection method). Limited to use within Japan. Recording not possible. The same work/program cannot be viewed on multiple devices at the same time. In the case of different works/programs, there are restrictions on simultaneous viewing on multiple devices.
- DLNA devices are supported only for our DLNA-compatible set-top boxes.
- Includes settings for the "J:COM LINK" app, "DiXiM Play for J:COM" app, "J:COM STREAM" app, and "J:COM BOX" app.
- Booster installation work cost of 6,500 yen (7,150 yen (tax included)) may be required depending on the work content.

About Enkaku Support
- To use it, you need to subscribe to J:COM service.
- It can be used from the day after the date of application (on the day of installation if construction is required, or from the day of delivery if installation is to be done by the customer).
- Billing is prorated for the first month of use.
- Depending on the device/terminal, it may not be possible.
- Support is only for J:COM services that the customer has a contract with.

- There is a charge for visiting support.
- Application for work contents is required before the visit. Additional applications cannot be accepted at the time of visit. DLNA devices are supported only for our DLNA-compatible set-top boxes.
- The only area you can visit is J:COM area.
- J:COM MOBILE can only be used on devices separately designated by our company (separate consultation is required for SIM Card only settings).
- J:COM MOBILE A Plan SU is not eligible for visits.
MY J:COM app note
- To use it, you will need a compatible device (such as a smartphone with Android 5.0 or higher or iOS 13.0 or higher), install the designated app, and create a J:COM Personal ID.
- Terminals with an old release date may not be comfortable to use even if they meet the recommended OS.
- App functions include those under development (some may require downloading of other apps).
- Available functions and screen images differ depending on the contract details.
- The communication environment, communication costs, etc. required for use must be prepared by the customer.
- Limited to use in Japan.
- It may not be available depending on the contract details.
Display based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions regarding the provision of "Enkaku Support" (hereinafter referred to as "this service")
● Cooling-off
- You can cancel the contract for this service by notifying us in writing or electronically by the day 8 days have passed from the date of receipt of the full text of the "Indication based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Law" given to you at the time of contract. However, if you apply for this service at the same time as applying for a new J:COM service, 8 days have passed from the date of receipt of the "Information on contract contents (written document after contract conclusion)" separately issued by our company. You can cancel the contract for this service by notifying us in writing or electronically by the date of cancellation. Details of the early contract cancellation system will be stated in the document after the contract is signed.
- If this service has already started to be provided to the customer, we will bear the cost required to terminate the service.
●For customers who request it, we will separately send a document or electronic data containing the full text of the display based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
