Gas rate calculation method
The gas charge is calculated by adding together the basic charge per month and the metered charge, which is the unit charge per cubic meter multiplied by the amount of gas used.
- It is determined by the price menu you have contracted.
- A rate calculated from the price of liquefied natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, which are the raw materials of gas. Prices are subject to monthly review due to price fluctuations.

- This contract is for residential use of city gas (13A) supplied by Osaka Gas.
- This contract will be applied upon application by the customer.
- In principle, the application start date will be the day after the first regular meter reading after the application contract is concluded.
- It is necessary to install a residential gas cogeneration system (a gas power generation hot water supply and heating system that combines a gas generator of 700W or more and 5KW or less and a hot water heat source that uses its waste heat).

- To apply the "Gas Set Discount", you will need to subscribe to the "J:COM GAS Motto Discount Rate Course" and a long-term contract plan that includes TV or Internet specified by our company.
- The long-term contract plan is subject to a long-term contract (automatic renewal) of 1 to 2 years, and a contract cancellation fee will be incurred in the case of cancellation in the middle.

Target customer
Customers using Eco-Jozu in the following types of homes are eligible.
- Customers who live in a house built solely for residential purposes [dedicated housing]
- In a house where the part equipped for business use and the part equipped for residential use are combined, and the capacity of the installed gas meter is 10m3/h or less. [Combined housing]
- Eco-Jozu refers to a latent heat recovery type water heater with a rated hot water supply capacity of No. 60 or less (hot water supply efficiency of 90% or higher).
- This contract is for residential use of city gas (13A) supplied by Osaka Gas.
- This contract will be applied upon application by the customer.
- In principle, the application start date will be the day after the first regular meter reading after the application contract is concluded.
- Eco-Jozu is not limited to Osaka Gas products.
- The contract period is one year. Until the regular meter-reading day of the 12th month starting from the month following the charge application start date.
- Unless the customer applies for cancellation or change, the contract will automatically continue for one year under the same conditions, and the same will apply thereafter.
- If less than one year has passed since the date of cancellation of this service, it may not be possible to renew the contract with the same demand location and the same details.

- Basic charges will be incurred even if gas is not used.

- This service is only available for residences using city gas 13A within the Osaka Gas supply area. If you are using propane gas or all-electric, you cannot switch to this service.
- If less than one year has passed since the date of cancellation of this service, it may not be possible to renew the contract with the same demand location and the same details.
[About “J:COM DENRYOKU Home Course” (hereinafter referred to as “this service”)]
- The basic charge will be charged even if you do not use electricity.
- For details on fees, etc., please refer to the "Subscription Contract Agreement Price List III".
- Since this service uses the transmission and distribution lines of general power transmission and distribution companies, power outages will also occur in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as power outages in the vicinity or other natural disasters.
- J:COM DENRYOKU service area is the area under the jurisdiction of Hokkaido Electric Power, Tohoku Electric Power, Tokyo Electric Power, Kansai Electric Power, Chugoku Electric Power, and Kyushu Electric Power (excluding some remote islands).
- You may not be able to switch to or continue with this service depending on the area in which you live and the content of your current contract.

- About cooling-off:
- If you notify us in writing or electronically by the day 8 days have passed from the date of receipt of the "Explanation of Important Matters Regarding J:COM Service Subscription" given at the time of contracting each service, we will accept the provision contract for each service. You can cancel it. We will notify you of the start date (switching date) of each service at a later date.
- If each service has already started to be provided to the customer, the Company will bear the costs related to the cancellation of this service.
- For customers who request it, we will separately send a document or electronic data containing the full text of the display based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
