Gas rate calculation method
The gas charge is calculated by adding together the basic charge per month and the metered charge, which is the unit charge per cubic meter multiplied by the amount of gas used.
- It is determined by the price menu you have contracted.
- A rate calculated from the price of liquefied natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, which are the raw materials of gas. Prices are subject to monthly review due to price fluctuations.

- This contract will be applied upon application by the customer.

Customers using bathroom dryers that use gas as a heat source in the following types of homes are eligible.
- Customers who live in a house built solely for residential purposes [dedicated housing]
- In a house where the part equipped for business use and the part equipped for residential use are combined, and the capacity of the installed gas meter is 10m3/h or less. [Combined housing]
- This contract is for residential use of city gas (13A) supplied by Osaka Gas.
- This contract will be applied upon application by the customer.
- In principle, the application start date will be the day after the first regular meter reading after the application contract is concluded.
- The contract period is one year from the application start date to the regular meter reading date of the 12th month.
- Unless the customer applies for cancellation or change, the contract will automatically continue for one year under the same conditions, and the same will apply thereafter.
- If less than one year has passed since the date of cancellation of this service, it may not be possible to renew the contract with the same demand location and the same details.

Customers using residential gas cogeneration systems (ENE-FARM/ECOWILL) in the following types of homes are eligible.
- Customers who live in a house built solely for residential purposes [dedicated housing]
- In a house where the part equipped for business use and the part equipped for residential use are combined, and the capacity of the installed gas meter is 10m3/h or less. [Combined housing]
- This contract is for residential use of city gas (13A) supplied by Osaka Gas.
- This contract will be applied upon application by the customer.
- In principle, the application start date will be the day after the first regular meter reading after the application contract is concluded.
- It is necessary to install a residential gas cogeneration system (a gas power generation hot water supply and heating system that combines a gas generator of 700W or more and 5KW or less and a hot water heat source that uses its waste heat).
- The contract period is one year from the application start date to the regular meter reading date of the 12th month.
- Unless the customer applies for cancellation or change, the contract will automatically continue for one year under the same conditions, and the same will apply thereafter.
- If less than one year has passed since the date of cancellation of this service, it may not be possible to renew the contract with the same demand location and the same details.

Customers using residential gas cogeneration systems (ENE-FARM/ECOWILL) in the following types of homes are eligible.
- Customers who live in a house built solely for residential purposes [dedicated housing]
- In a house where the part equipped for business use and the part equipped for residential use are combined, and the capacity of the installed gas meter is 10m3/h or less. [Combined housing]
- This contract is for residential use of city gas (13A) supplied by Osaka Gas.
- This contract will be applied upon application by the customer.
- In principle, the application start date will be the day after the first regular meter reading after the application contract is concluded.
- It is necessary to install a residential gas cogeneration system (a gas power generation hot water supply and heating system that combines a gas generator of 700W or more and 5KW or less and a hot water heat source that uses its waste heat).
- The contract period is one year from the application start date to the regular meter reading date of the 12th month.
- Unless the customer applies for cancellation or change, the contract will automatically continue for one year under the same conditions, and the same will apply thereafter.
- If less than one year has passed since the date of cancellation of this service, it may not be possible to renew the contract with the same demand location and the same details.

- Eco-Jozu refers to a latent heat recovery type water heater with a rated hot water supply capacity of No. 60 or less (hot water supply efficiency of 90% or higher).

- In principle, the application start date will be the day after the first regular meter reading after the application contract is concluded.
- Eco-Jozu is not limited to Osaka Gas products.
- The contract period is one year, counting from the month following the start date of the charges until the regular meter reading date in the 12th month.
- Unless you request cancellation or change, the contract will be automatically renewed under the same conditions for one year, and the same shall apply thereafter.
- If less than one year has passed since the date of cancellation of this service, it may not be possible to renew the contract with the same demand location and the same details.

[J:COM GAS (hereinafter, this gas service)]
- Basic charges are incurred even if gas is not used.
- For details on fees, etc., please refer to the individual terms and conditions set out separately.
- This service is only available to homes that use city gas 13A within the Osaka Gas supply area. If you use propane gas or all-electric appliances, you cannot switch to this service.
- If less than one year has passed since the date of cancellation of this service, it may not be possible to renew the contract with the same demand location and the same content.
- J:COM GAS contracts are only accepted for switching from other gas retailers.
- Depending on your residence and energy service contract status, it may not be possible to switch, for example if the meter is located inside the building.
- "My Osaka Gas" provided by Osaka Gas cannot be used. In addition, you will not be able to view the various information you have received so far.
- Installation fees/handling charges etc. may apply to use, cancel or change services other than J:COM GAS.
