In principle, J:COM MOBILE charges can only be paid by credit card. Acceptable credit cards are those with the following marks.

Handling credit company

It can be used to pay for products (terminals, etc.) and monthly usage charges. Matters related to the date of withdrawal from the credit card settlement account and payment are based on the membership agreement stipulated by the designated credit card company and the terms and conditions and special agreements stipulated by our company.   • To sign a contract, a document confirming the identity of the contracting party is required.
  • Contract changes, option additions, etc. are limited to applications from the contract holder. In addition, a separate fee is required for each change.
  • Service suspension is possible only if you wish to suspend service usage to prevent unauthorized use such as theft or loss. However, basic charges and optional service usage charges will be incurred even during the service suspension period.

  • If the total amount of data used in a month exceeds the monthly data allowance (including additional and carried over data), the maximum sending and receiving speed until the end of that month will be [1GB/5GB] 200kbps / [10GB/20GB/50GB] 1Mbps.
  • SIM unlock may be required.
  • If you do not receive the product (device, etc.) within 7 days after the estimated arrival date due to your absence, etc., usage charges may be incurred from the 8th day including the estimated arrival date.
  • Terminals designated by our company can be purchased for each line from the 13th month after the first billing start month of the previously purchased J:COM MOBILE terminal.

  • Both voice calls and data communications are available in au's 4G LTE areas (5G is supported in some areas). 3G communications are not available.

You may also not be able to use the service even if you are on a high floor of a high-rise building or apartment building with a good view.   • The communication speed is a best effort service, and we do not guarantee a certain speed. It varies depending on the usage environment.
[About monthly data capacity]
  • If the total amount of data used in a month exceeds the monthly data allowance (including additional data and carryover data), the maximum data speed for sending and receiving until the end of that month will be 200kbps for [1GB/5GB] / 1Mbps for [10GB/20GB/50GB]. To return to the normal speed, you will need to purchase additional data (200 yen (220 yen including tax) for every 500MB).
[Regarding the procedure for switching between monthly data volume increase/speed increase after exceeding]
  • Customers who subscribed before Wednesday, September 16, 2020 and are currently using monthly data capacity [0.5GB/3GB] will be automatically switched to [1GB/5GB] (no voice contract). (not applicable).
    In addition, for customers currently using [10GB/20GB], the maximum speed of 200kbps will be automatically switched to 1Mbps after exceeding the contract plan capacity.

If you are using a free email service such as Gmail, you can continue to use it by logging in or setting up a new device.

Please note that if you are using an email address (domain) issued by some telecommunications companies, you will not be able to use it.

  • There are some services that allow you to continue using carrier mail even after canceling your carrier. Please refer here for details.

J:COM MOBILE does not issue email addresses, so we recommend that you switch to a free email such as G-mail in advance.

Can I carry over unused data usage?
