  • This is a billing plan exclusively for 5G compatible devices.
  • 5G compatible devices cannot be used with WiMAX 2+ rate plans.
  • If you purchase a WiMAX +5G compatible device at J:COM, you will need to configure the settings yourself.
  • Separate universal service charges, telephone relay service charges, etc. are required.
  • When using standard mode, there is no upper limit on the amount of communication per month. However, in order to avoid network congestion, if a large amount of data communication is used within a certain period of time, the communication speed may be restricted during busy hours.

  • When using standard mode, there is no upper limit on the amount of communication per month. However, in order to avoid network congestion, if a large amount of data communication is used within a certain period of time, the communication speed may be restricted during busy hours.
  • WiMAX 2+, au 4G LTE, and au 5G communication can be used in each mode. Please check the area and communication quality for the areas that can be used in each mode.
  • If you use the plus area mode, a separate option fee of 1,100 yen/month (including tax) is required (only for the month used). However, if UQ mobile Home Set Discount Internet Course or au Smart Value is applied in this contract, payment for the period specified by UQ or au is not required. (Applying to au is required to apply the UQ mobile Home Set Discount Internet Course or au Smart Value in this contract.)
  • If the amount of communication used in the month exceeds 15 GB in "Plus Area Mode", the communication speed will be limited to 128 kbps maximum for sending and receiving until the end of the month.
    Not applicable when using standard mode.
  • The speed may decrease depending on the congestion situation in the area you are using.
  • Since this service uses a best-effort method, it does not guarantee the speed when you actually connect to the Internet. Even within the service area, communication may not be possible or the communication speed may decrease in areas where radio waves are difficult to transmit. In addition, you may not be able to use the product even if you have a good view on the upper floors of a high-rise building or condominium.

J:COM WiMAX +5G charges can only be paid by credit card.
Acceptable credit cards are those with the following marks.

Handling credit company

It can be used to pay for products (terminals, etc.) and monthly usage charges.
Matters related to the date of withdrawal from the credit card settlement account and payment are based on the membership agreement stipulated by the designated credit card company and the terms and conditions and special agreements stipulated by our company. In principle, please specify a credit card in the name of the contractor.

  • If User J:COM and would like to use bank account transfer, you can also use bank transfer directly.

  1. A separate registration fee of 3,000 yen (3,300 yen (tax included)) is required.
  2. Only one contract per line per household.

About J:COM WiMAX +5G first month free

<Application>

  • If you subscribe to J:COM WiMAX +5G as a new service or as an additional service, the basic charge for the first month of use will be waived. *Applicable only once.

<Caution>

  • After the discount period ends, it will be 3,880 yen/month (4,268 yen/month (tax included)) for 24 months, and will automatically continue at the regular rate after the 26th month. * If you change the service during the discount period, the discount will be terminated.
  • When purchasing a WiMAX +5G compatible device at J:COM, the month in which usage starts is the month that is 10 days after we ship the device to the customer (if communication starts within 10 days, communication starts Month).

  • Consumption tax differences may occur due to changes in the consumption tax rounding method under the invoice system.
