There are three levels of discounts available depending on electricity usage. The more electricity you use, the more you save.
- Former general electric utility company
- There is a maximum limit on the amount of fuel cost adjustment.
- Calculated using the same formula as Hokkaido Electric Power Co. However, since there is no upper limit on the fuel cost adjustment amount, depending on fuel costs, it may be more expensive than Hokkaido Electric Power Co.
- Depending on your contract plan, usage status, fluctuations in fuel cost adjustment amounts, various discounts, etc., the price may not be cheaper.

Customers who currently have a contract with Hokkaido Electric Power Company other than the metered electricity plan B or C cannot apply for the Basic Plan because it would increase their electricity bill. They can only apply for the Green Plan.
- The stated amount is for the meter reading in May 2024 and includes the basic charge.
- A "fuel cost adjustment amount" and a "renewable energy generation promotion surcharge" are required separately.
- [Prerequisites] Households that are subscribed to the Hokkaido Electric Power Plan listed above and live in the Sapporo area.
- Average annual electricity bill: 25,527 yen (tax included)/month.
- Based on the results of our survey conducted in January 2017, assuming an average monthly power consumption of 558 kWh for a four-person household. Actual amounts may differ.

Mechanism of reliable power distribution while maintaining quality
Since we will use the same power transmission and distribution equipment (wires, substations, indoor wiring, etc.) of the old general electric utility as before, the quality and safety of electricity (possibility of power outages, etc.) will not change. Indoor construction * ・No presence required.

- If the sum of the calculated basic charge and electricity charge is less than the minimum monthly charge above, the charge for that month will be the minimum charge above and the renewable energy generation specified in the J:COM DENRYOKU Home Course Contract Terms and Conditions. This is the total promotion levy.
