Customers with metered lighting B or C whose current contract is Kyushu Electric Power cannot apply for the basic menu, as the fuel cost adjustment amount will exceed Kyushu Electric Power, resulting in an increased burden on electricity bills. You can only apply for the green menu.

- This service uses the power transmission and distribution lines of general power transmission and distribution companies, so in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as nearby power outages or other natural disasters, power outages will also occur.
- J:COM Denki service area is the area under the jurisdiction of Tohoku Electric Power, Tokyo Electric Power, Kansai Electric Power, Chugoku Electric Power, and Kyushu Electric Power (excluding some remote islands).
