What is Messhu Wi-Fi add-on pod?
If you feel that your Wi-Fi environment is unstable,
This is an optional service recommended for those who have areas in their home where it is difficult to connect.

By adding devices (pods) according to the size and layout of your home, you can expand the area where Wi-Fi can reach. Additional pods automatically link wirelessly with each other, so there is no need for wiring and the appearance is neat.
Depending on the contract course, the equipment to be installed and the number of installations may vary.
POINT 2 High speed and stability in three bands
The additional device (pod) supports tri-band (2.4GHz+5GHz+5GHz) with an expanded 5GHz band that is resistant to radio interference. Even if there are many connected devices, it enables faster and more stable communication.

STEP 2 Setting/Installation
If you only apply for Messhu Wi-Fi additional pod, you can easily set it up yourself. Even if other service work is being done at the same time, the customer can choose to have the system installed by the customer himself or by a worker *3*4.
- You need to install the MY J:COM app to check the installation procedure.
- You may not be able to use the service depending on the building you live in or the content of your contract. Please contact us for more information.
STEP 3 Start using
As soon as the installation is complete, you can start using the contracted services immediately.
Even after signing the contract, we will support you if you have any problems with the setting method.

- I have a room where Wi-Fi is difficult to connect to. Can I still use this reliably?

J:COM provides a Mesh Wi-Fi service using wireless repeaters (pods). You can now use Wi-Fi stably even in rooms where Wi-Fi had difficulty reaching.
- Is security service available?

You can use security services such as "McAfee for ZAQ," which protects your computer from viruses and unauthorized access, and "i-Filter for ZAQ," which limits the time your children spend online and prevents them from accessing dangerous sites, free of charge.
- Can I use my current email address?

If you have a free email such as Gmail, you can use it with no problems. There are services from each company that allow you to continue using the email address of your current provider even after canceling your contract. Please contact your current provider for details.
- Can I use a commercially available Wi-Fi router?

Yes. You can use general Wi-Fi routers currently on the market. Please note that J:COM also has a built-in Wi-Fi router modem that complies with the latest standards.
With J:COM NET Hikari (N), you can use any Wi-Fi router that supports FLET'S Hikari.
- Do Seishun 22 Wari and Seishun 26 Wari discounts apply if the user is of the target age?

The age of the contract holder, not the user, must be the eligible age. For example, if you are already using J:COM and would like to apply for Seishun 22 Wari discount, your contract holder must be 22 years old or younger.
- Do I need to sign a contract with a provider?

J:COM NET comes with a line and provider as a set, so there is no need to sign a separate contract with a provider.
[About Wi-Fi]
- Communication speed may decrease depending on the usage environment and device used.
- To use Wi-Fi, you need a device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports the standard.
- IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac standard (" J:COM NET Hikari (N)" is IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax). Cannot be used in conjunction with commercially available wireless repeaters.
- The number of devices (pods) that can be added to the contract is up to four.
- Some apartment complexes may not be able to provide this service. For details, please contact J:COM.
- You must subscribe to the "J:COM NET 320M Course" or higher. Depending on the contents of your contract, you may be required to replace your device (fees apply) or pay a monthly fee for the device.
- Some apartment complexes, J:COM In My Room properties, and UR rental housing do not currently offer high-performance Wi-Fi modems.
