- About cooling-off
1. The contract for this service can be canceled by notifying us in writing within 8 days from the date of installation (or the date of completion of delivery if the customer installs the product by himself/herself).
2. If the Service has already started to be provided to the Customer, the Company shall bear the costs required to terminate the Service. - For customers who request it, we will separately send a document or electronic data containing the full text of the display based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
★【About J:COM LINK mini free】
- If you are subscribed to "Smart OTOKU NET" and "J:COM STREAM" unlimited viewing "J:COM bulk bill for Netflix" or "J:COM bulk bill for Disney+", J:COM LINK mini standard The monthly usage fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be waived. Applicable to only one device per household.
- If you are a J:COM Summary Billing for Disney+, you are not eligible for this discount during the free Disney Plus offer period.
- If you subscribe to J:COM NET with the "Seishun 22 Wari" or "Seishun 26 Wari" discount, or "J:COM STREAM" unlimited viewing "J:COM Consolidated Billing for Netflix" or "J:COM Consolidated Billing for Disney+", the regular monthly fee of 550 yen (tax included) for J:COM LINK mini will be free. Only one unit per household is applicable.
- If you are a J:COM Summary Billing for Disney+, you are not eligible for this discount during the free Disney Plus offer period.
- If the above conditions are no longer met, the regular monthly usage fee will be charged.
- This does not apply to those who subscribe to J:COM TV (usually available for a monthly fee).
- Separate monthly usage fees are required for unlimited viewing of "J:COM STREAM", "Netflix" and "Disney Plus".
- Depending on your subscription plan, you may be required to enter into a separate contract with each company and pay monthly usage fees determined by each company.
[About "J:COM STREAM" unlimited viewing]
- There is a minimum usage period of 3 months, including the subscription month, except when applying for "Smart OTOKU NET, J:COM NET with " Seishun 22 wari" or "Seishun 26 wari", or J:COM LINK mini. Even if you cancel your contract midway through, you will still be required to pay one month's usage fee (including consumption tax equivalent).
- Some content may not be compatible with the "J:COM STREAM" app.
- Some of the content provided may differ depending on the contract plan and set-top box you are using.
- If you are a new subscriber to "Smart OTOKU Plan +" or "Smart Value Plan" and J:COM PHONE, or if you are already subscribed, the monthly fee will be 500 yen (550 yen (tax included)).
- If you’ve newly applied for or are already using "Smart OTOKU NET" or "Seishun 22 Wari" or "Seishun 26 Wari" with J:COM NET and J:COM LINK mini, you will be charged 800 yen (880 yen) per month. (tax included)).
