  • The discount for free calls from J:COM PHONE Plus will be available from the 1st of the month if you apply and receive our application by the 25th and meet the applicable conditions at the end of the month. Applicable.
  • ​The service will be applied by registering the phone number of one au mobile phone (one number) per contracted household.
    • Even if you subscribe to J:COM PHONE Plus with multiple lines, the service will be applied by registering the phone number of one au mobile phone (one number) for each contracted household.

  • Application to J:COM is required.

  • Applicable if the subscriber name or registered address of J:COM PHONE Plus and registered au mobile phone are the same.
  • If you have multiple contracts for au mobile phones, it will apply when you register one of them.
  • If the application is completed by the 25th of the month and the applicable conditions are met at the end of the month, it will be applied from the current month. If the application is made on the website, the application will be applied for the month until the application is completed on the 25th.
  • Not applicable if the registered phone number has been changed, suspended, or canceled at the end of the month.

To check the registered "contractor's home phone number" and change/register to J:COM PHONE Plus number, please contact au!

  • If the "home phone number" currently registered in your au mobile phone contract is J:COM PHONE Plus, no procedures are required. If you have registered with any other number, you will need to complete the KDDI registration number change procedure.
  • Free calls from your au mobile phone to your home J:COM PHONE Plus are a KDDI service.
