A TV viewing service registration fee of 2,800 yen (3,080 yen including tax) will be charged.

You cannot subscribe to terrestrial digital/BS digital services (N) in areas where J:COM TV is available.
Depending on the construction method, the actual cost of installing the booster will be 12,000 yen (13,200 yen including tax).
If special work or additional work is required, we will explain it in advance and charge separately.
In the case of a newly built detached house, a separate estimate will be provided.

There are two ways to pay the construction costs: you can pay us in one lump sum, or you can pay in installments. We offer a payment method of 24 installments.
Monthly installments will be billed together with the basic fee for J:COM services. *Payment method and payment date are the same as for J:COM service usage fees.
If J:COM service contract is terminated during the installment payment period due to cancellation (including cancellation due to moving) or forced cancellation due to non-payment of fees, all remaining construction costs will be billed in one lump sum. However, in the case of initial contract cancellation, the amount shall be limited to the amount specified in the Telecommunications Business Act and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Ordinance.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if you cancel your contract due to moving during the installment payment period, if you continue J:COM service at your new location within 2 months from the date of cancellation, the remaining construction fee will be refunded. We will not charge you.
