If you sign up for an eligible service (TV, NET) online, either as a new user or as an additional service, you will receive a discount on your monthly fee from the month following the month of signing up.

Applicable even if you do not transfer to the internet of another carrier.

Customers who subscribe to eligible J:COM TV and NET services via the Web, either for the first time or as an additional service.

  1. Long-term 2-year contract (automatic renewal).
  2. If the above conditions are no longer met, a contract cancellation fee will be required: "Shin Standard" and "Flex" 4,500 yen (4,950 yen (incl. tax)) / "Select" <single-family home> 2,700 yen (2,970 yen (incl. tax)) / <multi-family home> 2,000 yen (2,200 yen (incl. tax)).
  3. Only one TV per contract.
