- The app can only be downloaded within Japan.
- To view the camera, you will need a smartphone and the installation of the J:COM HOME app (free). Cannot be viewed on PC or tablet devices. The videos that can be viewed are live videos and past videos recorded on the SD card. However, if you set SD card recording and there is not enough space, the oldest recordings will be erased and new ones will overwrite them.
About J:COM HOME
- To use it, you will need to install the designated app including the J:COM HOME app, use a compatible device (such as a smartphone with Android 6.0 or higher or iOS 12.0 or higher), and create J:COM Personal ID. The communication environment (internet connection environment and wireless LAN connection environment) and communication fees required for use are to be prepared by the customer.
- Installation of the terminal is limited to the address of the subscriber.
- Up to one contract per household.
- If you subscribe to a long-term contract plan, the long-term contract plan fee of 1,480 yen per month (1,628 yen including tax) will be applied.
If you subscribe other than the above, the monthly fee will be 1,780 yen (1,958 yen including tax). - The monthly basic charge will be charged from the month following the month that includes the service start date (the day after the terminal is received (7 days after the scheduled arrival date if the terminal is not received)).
- Omakase Support is available from the day after the application date (or the day of installation if construction is involved). This applies to J:COM services to which the customer has a contract. However, depending on the device/terminal, this may not be possible. A travel fee of 4,000 yen (4,400 yen (tax included)) will be required for support visits from the 4th time onward within the same month. *The areas that can be visited are limited to the J:COM area.
- Some connected terminals and peripheral devices may not be compatible. Also, depending on the device, there is a limit on the number of devices that can be connected at the same time. For details, please check J:COM homepage (www.jcom.co.jp).
- The services provided at J:COM HOME will be unavailable during a power outage.
- If a subscriber moves to within J:COM service area, they can continue to use this service. In that case, you will need to transport the device you are already using yourself. If you move outside the J:COM service area, you will not be able to continue using this service.

- About cooling-off:

You can cancel the contract.
- When canceling the preceding paragraph, you will need to return the delivered device. If you cannot return the terminal, you will be required to pay the terminal fee.
- We will bear the shipping costs for returning the device.
- Operator's responsibility:
The manufacturer's warranty period is 12 months starting 9 days after the warranty issue date. Please contact J:COM for repair/replacement. The warranty for Google Home Mini is provided by Google, so please check the contents of "Google Home Mini Warranty - Japan" on the individual box of Google Home Mini. - Merchant Responsibilities:

- Internet connection required.
- Services for single-family homes. It may not be available depending on the condition of the building. The number of units contracted is up to 9 units per contract. Basic construction cost: 10,780 yen (tax included)/unit. Additional costs may occur depending on the building structure and work content. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the electricity charges incurred to operate this service.
- After completing the contract procedure, it may take several months before you can start using the service.
- Regardless of whether the operation of this service is normal or abnormal, J:COM is not responsible for any damage caused in the event of a crime or accident.

Using the application "J:COM HOME App" provided by our company, you can view live performances and past recordings saved on the SD card via the network. *To use it, you need to install the J:COM HOME app, have a compatible device (Android 7.0 or higher or iOS 14.0 or higher smartphone), and create a J:COM Personal ID. Customers are responsible for the communication environment (internet connection environment), communication costs, and purchase of a router if there are insufficient LAN ports. - Camera settings, etc.:
