Step 1

Apply online or by phone.
A Wi-Fi environment *1 is required for use, and a smartphone *2 is required to operate the app. If you do not have one, our staff will guide you through the plan.

Pick up your device

After completing the procedure, the terminal will be delivered by courier.

  • The delivery company will be Yamato Transport.
  • Depending on the situation, shipping and delivery may be delayed.
  • You must receive your device by the date of your initial setup visit.
  • If you do not receive the product (device, etc.) within 7 days after the estimated arrival date due to reasons such as absence, usage charges will be incurred from the 8th day including the estimated arrival date.

Setting/Installation

The person in charge of installation will visit you according to the specified date and perform the installation work so that you can use the service.

Step 4

Start using

As soon as the installation is complete, you can start using the contracted services immediately. Even after signing the contract, we will support you if you have any problems with the setting method.

Can I sign a contract no matter where I live in Japan?

J:COM HOME is a service that can only be subscribed to by customers living within J:COM 's service area. Those outside the service area cannot apply.

We provide telephone support, on-site support, and website support.

If you have any problems with your device after subscribing to the J:COM HOME pack, we will take care of all your travel expenses for free *1.
