If you only apply for Messhu Wi-Fi, you can easily set it up yourself. Even if other service construction work is being done at the same time, you can choose to set it up yourself or have a technician install it *3*4.

- You may not be able to use the service depending on the building you live in or the content of your contract. Please contact us for more information.
STEP 3 Start using

Up until the end of the month following the completion of J:COM NET installation work, you can have one PC's initial settings (connection settings, e-mail settings, and security settings) performed free of charge.
- Can I use my current email address?

If you have a free email such as Gmail, you can use it with no problems. There are services from each company that allow you to continue using the email address of your current provider even after canceling your contract. Please contact your current provider for details.
- Do Seishun 22 Wari and Seishun 26 Wari discounts apply if the user is of the target age?

The age of the contract holder, not the user, must be the eligible age. For example, if you are already using J:COM and would like to apply for Seishun 22 Wari discount, your contract holder must be 22 years old or younger.
- Do I need to sign a contract with a provider?

J:COM NET comes with a line and provider as a set, so there is no need to sign a separate contract with a provider.
[About Wi-Fi]
- Communication speed may decrease depending on the usage environment and device used.
- To use Wi-Fi, you need a device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports the standard.
- IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac standard (" J:COM NET Hikari (N)" is IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax). Cannot be used in conjunction with commercially available wireless repeaters.
- Some apartment complexes may not be able to provide this service. For details, please contact J:COM.
- You must subscribe to the "J:COM NET 320M Course" or higher. Depending on the contents of your contract, you may be required to replace your device (fees apply) or pay a monthly fee for the device.
- Some apartment complexes, J:COM In My Room properties, and UR rental housing do not currently offer high-performance Wi-Fi modems.
