• J:COM is the operating entity of this service and is not a party to contracts and delivery operations related to the provision of services by registered medical institutions/pharmacies, such as medical contracts and medication guidance.
• Registered medical institutions/pharmacies, or doctors, pharmacists, and other specialists affiliated with the medical institution/pharmacy are responsible for medical treatment, prescription, medication guidance, dispensing, and delivery of medicines, etc. to customers, and J:COM We do not provide services such as medical treatment or medication guidance to customers, nor do we prescribe, dispense, or deliver pharmaceuticals.
• J:COM is not responsible for any actions taken by customers using this service or their results.
• Limited to use in Japan.
• This is different from a health consultation service.

• If you are a minor, it is recommended that your guardian be present if necessary.

[Those eligible for treatment]

• Available if the doctor determines that Telemedicine is possible.
• Diagnosis and prescription may be difficult. For more information, please contact your medical institution.

[When using on TV]

• If you wish to use Telemedicine on TV, please contact us for terms and conditions and fees.
• To use it on TV, you need to subscribe to a separate JCOM designated service.
• Limited to those living within the J:COM area.
• Applications for signing a web camera sales contract or an IP-STB rental contract can only be accepted if you wish to receive a medical examination on TV.

[Medication guidance]

• Depending on your preferred pharmacy and the prescribed medication, you may not be able to receive the medication at home or at your desired pharmacy.
• It is not possible to use only the medicine explanation.
• Only medicines prescribed through Telemedicine are available.
