In principle, the only payment method for J:COM Telemedicine is by credit card.
Acceptable credit cards are those with the following marks.

Acceptable credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners. Rakuten Card cannot be registered.

Receipt of web camera

The web camera will be delivered to your home in about a week after you apply.

Installation and setting of equipment

The person in charge of installation will visit you according to the specified date and will install the web camera etc. We will also guide you on how to operate the equipment.

Installation work may not be possible on your desired schedule due to congestion.

Start using

Please make an appointment for the treatment on your desired date and time.
You will need your insurance card, so please have it handy.

Our staff can also be present during your consultation to provide operational support.
