STEP 1 Download MY J:COM app
You can download and use the MY J:COM app even if you do not subscribe to other J:COM services. -
STEP 2Register
You can register the personal information necessary for reservations and the credit card used for payment. -
STEP 3Reservation
Search for a medical institution by name or region, and proceed to make a reservation on your desired consultation date. -
STEP 4 Interview
Please answer the questionnaire before your consultation. -
STEP 5 Examination
You will be notified on your smartphone screen 5 minutes before your reservation time.
Start a video call before your appointment time. -
STEP 6Payment
Fees will be paid by credit card for each treatment.- Pay medical expenses, shipping fees, and service usage fees in one lump sum.

By using the medicine pick-up service, you can have your prescription sent to your designated pharmacy and receive the medicine at home if you wish.- How to receive the medicine varies depending on the medical institution/pharmacy.
