    You can download and use the MY J:COM app even if you do not subscribe to other J:COM services.

  • STEP 2Register
    You can register the personal information necessary for reservations and the credit card used for payment.

    Search for a medical institution by name or region, and proceed to make a reservation on your desired consultation date.

  • STEP 4 Interview
    Please answer the questionnaire before your consultation.

  • STEP 5 Examination
    You will be notified on your smartphone screen 5 minutes before your reservation time.
    Start a video call before your appointment time.

  • STEP 6Payment
    Fees will be paid by credit card for each treatment.

    • Pay medical expenses, shipping fees, and service usage fees in one lump sum.
  • STEP 7Receive medicine/prescription
    By using the medicine pick-up service, you can have your prescription sent to your designated pharmacy and receive the medicine at home if you wish.

What are the benefits of Telemedicine?

You can receive a medical examination from your home via your smartphone or TV screen without having to go to a medical institution.
There is no waiting time in the hospital, so it is recommended for people who are worried about secondary infection or for busy people.

Can anyone use it?

Anyone can use the "J:COM Telemedicine" service by registering for it.

However, Telemedicine can only be provided if the doctor determines that Telemedicine are possible.

How do I register for Telemedicine?

Select "Telemedicine" from the app top screen and register from "Telemedicine registration".
