From registration to service commencement
Let me explain the process.

Prior confirmation

Check the service area.

First, check to see if your area is covered by our service.

Check service area

Even within the area, services may not be available due to building or location conditions.

  • Diagnosis and prescription may be difficult.
  • This is different from a health consultation service.

Flow to use

If you are a J:COM TV (LINK) subscriber, you can complete the procedure online.

If you are not yet J:COM TV (LINK) subscriber, please apply by phone.

How to check J:COM LINK

Step 1

Telemedicine registration

To use Telemedicine, each patient must register individually.

Acceptable credit cards

In principle, the only payment method for J:COM Telemedicine is by credit card.
Acceptable credit cards are those with the following marks.

Acceptable credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners. Rakuten Card cannot be registered.

Step.2

Preparing your webcam

If you are using Telemedicine on your television, you will need a webcam.
Please provide your own webcam.
The models that have been confirmed to work are listed here.

Step.3

Installation and setting of equipment

Please install the webcam and the "J:COM Telemedicine" app via J:COM LINK.

Start using

Preparation is now complete. You can begin Telemedicine.
Please make an appointment for your desired date and time.

J:COM LINK Procedure

J:COM staff member will visit your home to explain the necessary procedures and services for using J:COM LINK.

Telemedicine registration

To use Telemedicine, each patient must register individually.

J:COM Personal ID is required to register.
If you do not have one, please register for a Personal ID using the link below and proceed with the process.

If a family member other than the contract holder will be using the service, please click here.
