- For BS digital broadcasting, you can watch NHK, BS11 Eleven, BS12 Twelve, and commercial BS. Some channels are optional channels (paid).
- To view 4K broadcasts and 4K image quality, you will need a 4K J:COM Box or J:COM LINK contract and a 4K compatible TV that supports HDMI2.0/HDCP2.2 standards. We do not guarantee connection or viewing with all 4K compatible devices.
- To view NHK broadcasts, a subscription contract and subscription fee are required.
- Broadcast in the cable digital (CS) band. In some areas (former JCN areas), we will broadcast in the BS band.
- You can choose only one of A or B.
- Changes to A/B will be applied from the month following your application. Changes cannot be made within the same month.
- If you complete the procedure by 18:00 on the last day of each month, the change will take effect from the afternoon of the 1st of the following month.
- Unless you are subscribed to J:COM Combined Billing for Netflix, you will need to create a new account. Accounts you have through direct contracts with Netflix cannot be used with J:COM TV Flex. Additionally, it is not possible to carry over previous account information to a newly created account.
- J:COM TV Flex 's monthly usage fee includes the Netflix basic plan fee (800 yen per month (880 yen including tax)).
- If you wish to subscribe to another Netflix plan, you will need to pay the difference (Standard plan: 455 yen per month (500 yen including tax), Premium plan 900 yen per month (990 yen including tax)).
