The special plans are based on the memorandum and regulations regarding the provision of J:COM.
Target audience

Customers who subscribe to eligible J:COM TV or NET services, either for the first time or as an additional service, and who meet the following conditions ① and ②.

  1. Customers who have completed installation work (or receipt of the equipment if installing by themselves; same below) by the end of the fifth month including the month of application (conditions may vary depending on the building you live in).
  2. The application for this cashback must be completed on J:COM My Page by the end of the fifth month, including the month in which the installation work is completed.
  • This offer does not apply to customers who have canceled J:COM TV or NET service within the past six months, including the month of application.
  • This offer does not apply if you have any unpaid J:COM service fees as of the end of the month when you apply for J:COM My Page.
Notes
  • Payment can be made via direct bank transfer, pick up at a Seven Bank ATM, Amazon gift card, or au PAY.
  • It may not be possible to combine with some measures such as other discounts. For details, please contact J:COM.
  • Applications via J:COM My Page will be accepted from the end of the month following the completion of installation work.
  • A receipt request email will be sent to you in the second month after you applied on J:COM My Page. If there is an error in J:COM personal ID (email address) you registered, or if you have not set up permission to receive emails from "[email protected]", the email will not be resent even if the receipt deadline has passed.
  • Financial institutions that can be registered to receive funds via direct deposit are limited to those registered in the "List of Financial Institutions Using the Zengin System."
  • To receive cashback at a Seven Bank ATM, you must collect the cashback within 10 days of registering for cashback. If you are unable to collect the cashback within that period, you will not be able to receive the benefit again.
  • Receipt of Amazon gift cards is limited to recipients in Japan who have created an account on Amazon.co.jp.
  • To receive payments using au PAY, you must register to use au PAY.
  • Discounts and benefits may change or end without notice.

J:COM TV (2 year contract) Terms and conditions
  1. Long-term 2-year contract (automatic renewal).
  2. If the above conditions are no longer met, a contract cancellation fee will be required: "Shin Standard" and "Flex" 4,500 yen (4,950 yen (incl. tax)) / "Select" <single-family home> 2,700 yen (2,970 yen (incl. tax)) / <multi-family home> 2,000 yen (2,200 yen (incl. tax)).
  3. Only one TV per contract.

  1. Long-term 2-year contract (automatic renewal).
  2. If the above conditions are no longer met, a contract cancellation fee will be required: "10G Course" <Detached house> 6,100 yen (6,710 yen (incl. tax)), <Apartment building> 5,800 yen (6,380 yen (incl. tax)) / "5G Course" <Detached house> 5,600 yen (6,160 yen (incl. tax)), <Apartment building> 5,300 yen (5,830 yen (incl. tax)) / "1G Course" <Detached house> 5,100 yen (5,610 yen (incl. tax)), <Apartment building> 4,800 yen (5,280 yen (incl. tax)) / "320M Course" <Detached house> 4,600 yen (5,060 yen (incl. tax)), <Apartment building> 4,300 yen (4,730 yen (incl. tax)).
  3. Only NET1 line per contract.
    *" J:COM NET Hikari (N)" is not applicable.
