Up until the end of the month following the completion of J:COM NET installation work, you can have one PC's initial settings (connection settings, e-mail settings, and security settings) performed free of charge.
- Can I use my current email address?

If you have a free email such as Gmail, you can use it with no problems. There are services from each company that allow you to continue using the email address of your current provider even after canceling your contract. Please contact your current provider for details.
- Do Seishun 22 Wari and Seishun 26 Wari discounts apply if the user is of the target age?

The age of the contract holder, not the user, must be the eligible age. For example, if you are already using J:COM and would like to apply for Seishun 22 Wari discount, your contract holder must be 22 years old or younger.
- Do I need to sign a contract with a provider?

J:COM NET comes with a line and provider as a set, so there is no need to sign a separate contract with a provider.
- J:COM NET email addresses are used, and separate settings are required for each email address.
- A virus that has infected a computer cannot be deleted. Only email attachments are subject to virus detection and deletion. Some viruses may not be detected or deleted.
