[About Wi-Fi]
- To use, you need to subscribe to a service specified by J:COM.
- A device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports the IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac standard is required. Additionally, you will need to install the designated app, use a compatible device (Android 5.0 or higher or iOS 11.0 or higher), and create a J:COM personal ID.
- Due to the characteristics of wireless LAN, the speed may be slow or the signal may not reach depending on the environment. Also, the speed may be slow depending on your usage environment, device, and contract plan.
- Two or three devices need to be installed for "J:COM NET Hikari (including on au Hikari/(N))."
- You can sign up for up to 4 additional routers.
- Some apartment complexes, J:COM In My Room properties, and UR rental housing do not currently provide high-performance Wi-Fi modems.
- A subscription to "J:COM NET 320M plan" or above is required. Also, depending on your contract, you may be required to replace your modem (for a fee).
