[Legal consultation fee] (all of the following apply)

• Expenses incurred within one year from the date of the accident
• Expenses incurred while this insurance contract remains in force
• Expenses incurred in Japan due to the activities of lawyers in Japan
• Expenses incurred with prior consent from the Company

[Attorney's fees, etc.] (all of the following)

• Expenses incurred for damage cases covered by attorney entrustment contracts concluded within one year from the date of the accident
• Expenses incurred for the damage accident covered by the attorney mandate contract concluded while this insurance contract is still valid
• Expenses incurred in Japan due to the activities of lawyers in Japan
• Expenses incurred with prior consent from the Company

[Compensation and Incidental Expenses]

• Compensation for damages to be paid by the insured to the person claiming compensation for damages, legal fees, etc. paid by the insured with the consent of the Company in advance, or expenses required for out-of-court negotiations
• Expenses directly incurred by the insured in complying with and cooperating with our company's request
• In cases where the insured has the right to claim damages against a third party, necessary or beneficial expenses required to take necessary procedures to preserve or exercise that right
  *Even after the liability (compensation) has started, there is a period (waiting period) during which insurance claims are not paid.
  * In addition, there may be cases where insurance claims cannot be paid or compensation is not available. Please check the contract for details.

[Data recovery costs] (all of the following apply)

• Expenses incurred within 30 days from the date of the accident
• Expenses for data recovery work performed by data recovery businesses operating in Japan
• Expenses incurred with prior consent from the Company
  * Pre-registration is required for target devices (up to 5 devices). Limited to those sold as products in Japan and given a manufacturer's warranty at the time of sale. ("Self-made personal computers" are not eligible.)
