[J:COM MOBILE A Plan ST/SU (voice + data)]
- Contracts are limited to a maximum of 5 lines per household for [A Plan ST], and a maximum of 5 lines per subscriber name for [A Plan SU].
- If the total amount of data used in a given month exceeds the monthly data allowance (including additional data and carried over data), the maximum sending and receiving speed until the end of that month will be [1GB/5GB] 200kbps/[10GB/20GB] 1Mbps.
- Available in au's 4G LTE area (some areas support 5G). 3G communication is not available. Depending on the usage environment, communication may not be possible or the communication speed may decrease.

- SIM unlock may be required.
- If you are not able to receive the product (terminal, etc.) within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date due to absence or other reasons, usage fees may be charged from the 8th day including the scheduled arrival date.
[MNP line switching]
- Some phone numbers may not be available.
- At the time of application, you will need an MNP reservation number with a validity period of 10 days or more.
- There may be cases where the email address you used before switching cannot be used, or where data transfer is required to continue using the apps you are currently using.

- 集合住宅へは、2023年12月7日以降にJ:COM NET 光を提供。提供速度はエリアにより異なる。提供エリアは順次拡大中。「J:COM NET 光 on auひかり（一戸建て限定、関西エリア以外）」/「J:COM NET 光 」/「J:COM NET 光(N)」のいずれかでの提供（一部未提供エリアあり）。
- 表示の通信速度は有線接続の規格上最大速度。利用環境・利用機器により通信速度が低下する場合あり。
【高機能Wi-Fiについて】
- ご利用には、J:COMが指定するサービスへのご加入が必要。
- IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac規格。（J:COM NET 光(N) はIEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax）。10G/5Gに対応した技術規格上の通信速度を出すには、対応した機器（10GBASE-T）とONUを有線LAN（カテゴリー6A・6e以上）で接続する必要あり。市販の無線中継器を使用している場合、併用不可。
- 宅内配線（LANケーブル、ルータ、ハブなどの通信性能）および無線LANの特性上、通信速度が大幅に制限される場合や電波が届かない場合あり。
- 契約コースにより、設置する機器や設置数が異なる場合あり。
- 一部集合住宅では、提供できない場合あり。詳しくはJ:COMまで。
- 月額料金は高機能Wi-Fiモデムまたは機器（ポッド）の月額利用料金［1G/5G/10Gコース］220円（税込）/［320Mコース］770円（税込）を含む。
【J:COM NET 光 10G/5G/1Gコース】
- ONUのWi-Fi規格はIEEE802.11b/g/n、11a/n/ac（wave2）。
- 端末機器1台における技術規格上利用可能な最大通信速度は、無線接続時で概ね1.7Gbps。

「J:COM NET 光(N)」はNTTの光回線。
ご希望の場合、「J:COM NET 光(N)」の開通まで「WiMAX ＋5G（ホームルーター）」/「WiMAX ＋5G S（ホームルーター）」のいずれかを最大3カ月間無償提供。4カ月目以降、5,500円/月（6,050円（税込）/月）が発生。「J:COM NET 光(N)」開通後、お客さまにて「WiMAX ＋5G」/「WiMAX ＋5G S」の返却申込が必要。「J:COM NET 光(N)」のみご契約の場合、auスマートバリュー/NHK団体一括支払いの適用対象外。UQ mobile 自宅セット割を適用されている場合、J:COM NET 光(N)への切り替えで適用対象外となる可能性あり。
