Application of "2-year gas contract service"
To be eligible for the "2-year gas contract service," you must be subscribed to J:COM GAS and one of the following services designated by us: television, internet, Landline, mobile, or electricity.

Requires subscription to one of the services
- A discount will be applied to J:COM service charges from the month following the start of your gas supply.
- If you cancel during the discount period, the discount will end.
- There is no cancellation fee for the two-year contract service.
- J:COM GAS contracts are only accepted for switching from other gas retailers. Depending on the status of your current energy service contract, such as a general contract, you may not be able to switch.
- J:COM DENRYOKU has stopped accepting new applications.

- Basic charges are incurred even if gas is not used.
- For details such as rates, check the gas retail supply agreement and definitions, etc., which are specified separately.
- This service is limited to residences using city gas 13A within the Keiyo gas supply area. If you use propane gas or all-electric, you cannot switch to this service.
- If less than one year has passed since the date of cancellation of this service, it may not be possible to renew the contract with the same demand location and the same content.
- J:COM has a business alliance with Keiyo Gas Co., Ltd., and gas supply is provided by Keiyo Gas.
- J:COM GAS contracts are only accepted for switching from other gas retailers.
