Application of "2-year gas contract service"
To be eligible for the "2-year gas contract service," you must be subscribed to J:COM GAS and one of the following services designated by us: television, internet, Landline, mobile, or electricity.

- A discount will be applied to J:COM service charges from the month following the start of your gas supply.
- If you cancel during the discount period, the discount will end.
- There is no cancellation fee for the two-year contract service.
- J:COM GAS contracts are only accepted for switching from other gas retailers. Depending on the status of your current energy service contract, such as a general contract, you may not be able to switch.
- J:COM DENRYOKU has stopped accepting new applications.

- It is determined by the price menu you have contracted.
- A rate calculated from the price of liquefied natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, which are the raw materials of gas. Prices are subject to monthly review due to price fluctuations.

J:COM GAS Value Hot Course
(Equivalent to Keiyo Gas's "Value Hot")
This is a price menu that anyone can apply for.
This rate menu is especially recommended for customers who meet the following conditions.
- You have a contract with Keiyo Gas for "general rate" or "value hot"
- Using a gas water heater for baths and showers
- Your monthly gas bill is 1,000 yen or more *
- If you have a Keiyo Gas "General Rate" contract and use more than 3 m3 of gas per month, you can get a great deal with J:COM GAS "Value Hot Course."

[About J:COM GAS (hereinafter referred to as this service)]
- Basic charges are incurred even if gas is not used.
- For details such as rates, check the gas retail supply agreement and definitions, etc., which are specified separately.
- This service is limited to residences using city gas 13A within the Keiyo gas supply area. If you use propane gas or all-electric, you cannot switch to this service.
- If less than one year has passed since the date of cancellation of this service, it may not be possible to renew the contract with the same demand location and the same content.
- J:COM has a business alliance with Keiyo Gas Co., Ltd., and gas supply is provided by Keiyo Gas.
- J:COM GAS contracts are only accepted for switching from other gas retailers.
- There are three menus that can be accepted at J:COM ``Value Hotto Course,'' ``Hot Hotto Course,'' and ``Yukahotto Course.'' Switching may not be possible depending on the customer's current energy service contract status, such as a comprehensive contract.
- Installation fees/handling charges etc. may apply to use, cancel or change services other than J:COM GAS.
