- A long-term contract of 2 years (1 year for condominiums) is required.
- Installation costs/fees/initial costs, etc. are required to use/cancel each service and change services.
- To sign a contract for "J:COM GAS", you will need to switch to a contract with J:COM.
- To apply the discount, you need to subscribe to a long-term plan that includes TV and Internet specified by us.
- In the case of J:COM NET Hikari (N), it is not applicable.

Gas rate calculation method
The calculation method differs depending on the course you use.
For J:COM GAS Value Hot Course
J:COM GAS Hot Hot Course, Yuka Hot Course
- It is determined by the price menu you have contracted.
- A rate calculated from the price of liquefied natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, which are the raw materials of gas. Prices are subject to monthly review due to price fluctuations.

This is a course that saves you 1,320 yen (tax included) per year with the gas set discount.
Gas long-term discount target
If you subscribe to the ``Value Hot Course'' with J:COM long-term plan, you will save 1,584 yen (tax included) per year.
J:COM Gas Value Hot Course
(Equivalent to Keiyo Gas's "Value Hot")
This is a price menu that anyone can apply for.
This rate menu is especially recommended for customers who meet the following conditions.
- You have a contract with Keiyo Gas for "general rate" or "value hot"
- Using a gas water heater for baths and showers
- Your monthly gas bill is 1,000 yen or more *
If you subscribe to a long-term contract plan, you will receive a lifetime discount of 132 yen (tax included) from J:COM monthly usage fee.
- If you are subscribed to Keiyo Gas's ``Standard Rate'' and use 3m3 or more of gas per month, you will receive a discount on J:COM Gas ``Value Hot Course.''

Contract terms, etc.
- Discount on J:COM service monthly usage fee for the month following completion of "Gas Set" switch.
- If the service is changed or canceled while the discount is applied, the discount will end.
- Subscription to J:COM GAS "Value Hot Course" is required.
- J:COM has a business alliance with Keiyo Gas Co., Ltd., and gas supply is provided by Keiyo Gas.
- To sign a contract with J:COM GAS, you will need to switch from a contract with another gas retailer to a contract with J:COM.
- There are three menus that can be accepted at J:COM ``Value Hotto Course,'' ``Hot Hotto Course,'' and ``Yukahotto Course.'' Switching may not be possible depending on the customer's current energy service contract status, such as a comprehensive contract.
[About gas set discount]
- Discount on J:COM service usage charges for the month following completion of "Gas Set" switch.
- If the service is changed or canceled during the discount period, the discount will end.
- Not applicable for J:COM NET Hikari (N).
[About gas long-term discount]
- A new subscription to J:COM GAS ``Value Hot Course'' and a long-term contract plan that includes TV or Internet specified by our company is required.
- Discount on J:COM service usage charges for the month following completion of "Gas Set" switch.
- Heartful plan is not applicable.
- If the service is changed or canceled during the discount period, the discount will end.
[Display based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Law regarding J:COM GAS (hereinafter referred to as this service)]
- Basic charges are incurred even if gas is not used.
- For details such as rates, check the gas retail supply agreement and definitions, etc., which are specified separately.
- This service is limited to residences using city gas 13A within the Keiyo gas supply area. If you use propane gas or all-electric, you cannot switch to this service.
- If less than one year has passed since the date of cancellation of this service, it may not be possible to renew the contract with the same demand location and the same content.
- About cooling-off:
- If you notify us in writing or electronically by the day 8 days have passed from the date of receipt of the "Explanation of Important Matters Regarding J:COM Service Subscription" that will be given to you at the time of contracting for this service, we will accept the contract for providing this service. Can be canceled. We will notify you of the start date (switching date) of this service at a later date.
- If this service has already started to be provided to the customer, we will bear the cost of canceling this service.
- For customers who request it, we will separately send a document or electronic data containing the full text of the display based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
