Your application will be completed upon contact from J:COM.
If you wish to change your basic monthly charge plan when changing your model, please let us know when you contact us from J:COM.

Pick up your device
We will send the device to you by mail.
When you receive the device, please check the enclosed materials and replace SIM Card from the old device to the new device.
