Apply from the dedicated form

Please use the dedicated application form to apply for a model change.

Your application will be completed upon contact from J:COM.
If you wish to change your basic monthly charge plan when changing your model, please let us know when you contact us from J:COM.

Pick up your device

We will send the device to you by mail.

When you receive the device, please check the enclosed materials and replace SIM Card from the old device to the new device.

Only for devices purchased by February 17, 2021, if the applicable conditions are met, one of the benefits of the “Smartphone more program”, “Half Price Assist” can be used.
