First-time users will need to download the app and register with a credit card.
- Android 10.0 or higher or iOS 14.0 or higher.
- This may not be required for private medical treatment. Health insurance cards will not be accepted for reservations made after December 2025.
- Acceptable credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners. Rakuten Card cannot be registered.
- Even if the usage conditions for compatible devices are met, it may not work properly.
- If you wish to apply for medical expense subsidy, you will need to prepare a medical certificate.

- What are the benefits of Telemedicine?

You can receive a medical examination from your home via your smartphone or TV screen without having to go to a medical institution.
