• To use it, you need to install a compatible device and designated app, create J:COM personal ID for each user, and register as a user. The communication environment (internet connection environment) and communication costs required for use will be provided at the customer's expense.
• Up to one contract per user.
• J:COM is the operating entity of this service and is not a party to contracts and delivery operations related to the provision of services by registered medical institutions/pharmacies, such as medical contracts and medication guidance.
• Registered medical institutions/pharmacies, or doctors, pharmacists, and other specialists affiliated with the medical institution/pharmacy are responsible for medical treatment, prescription, medication guidance, dispensing, and delivery of medicines, etc. to customers, and J:COM We do not provide services such as medical treatment or medication guidance to customers, nor do we prescribe, dispense, or deliver pharmaceuticals.
• J:COM is not responsible for any actions taken by customers using this service or their results.
• Limited to use in Japan.
• This is different from a health consultation service.

• Regarding cooling-off period: 1. For Telemedicine /attendance support, requests for cancellation or refunds after the use of both services will not be accepted. 2.If you notify us in writing or in an electromagnetic record by the day 8 days have passed from the date of application for the web camera sales contract or IP-STB rental contract, we will accept the web camera sales contract or IP-STB rental contract. Contract can be canceled. 3. When canceling the above item, it is necessary to return the delivered device. If you cannot return the device, you will need to pay the web camera device fee or IP-STB equipment damage fee. 4.The cost required to return the device will be borne by our company.
• Responsibility of the business: The manufacturer's warranty period for the web camera starts from the earlier of the day you actually receive the web camera or the day 9 days have passed from the date of issue of the warranty, starting from the 9th day after the date of issue of the warranty. Yearly. For repair/replacement, contact J:COM.
• Responsibility of the seller: The seller's liability for non-compliance with the contract and non-performance of obligations related to this product is limited to the warranty provided by the manufacturer of this product.
• For customers who request it, we will separately send a document or electronic data containing the full text of the display based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

• To use it, you need to subscribe to a service specified by J:COM.
• Depending on the contract plan and usage environment, it may not be possible to provide.
• Available for properties that support interactive services. Even if you are already a subscriber, additional installation work (for a fee) may be required to use the interactive service.

• When using, canceling, or changing services for J:COM Telemedicine, installation costs/fees/initial costs/removal costs are required, except when using a smartphone.
