About SIM unlock
J:COM MOBILEのSIMカードやeSIMご利用にあたり、
SIMロック解除が必要な場合がございます。
- 2021年10月1日以降に販売された端末は原則SIMフリーで提供されているため、SIMロック解除不要でそのままお使いいただけます。
- For au lines, VoLTE compatible terminals released after August 2017 do not require SIM unlocking and can be used as is. Before that, even models released by au require SIM unlocking.
About SIM lock
他社でご購入された端末をご利用の方は、「SIMロック」がかかっており、そのままではJ:COM MOBILEでご利用いただけない場合がございます。あらかじめSIMロックの解除手続きが必要です。
