Customers are responsible for the communication charges associated with use (zero data communication for the "J:COM STREAM" app only, tablet set and "J:COM MOBILE A Plan").
  • This service may not be available depending on the subscribed plan, connected terminal, connectivity settings, etc.
  • 4K broadcasts/movies cannot be viewed or purchased.
  • The number of devices that can be used for simultaneous viewing varies depending on the user environment and viewing method.

  • There are some broadcasts and works that are not compatible with viewing outside the home via the app.
