Your application will be completed upon contact from J:COM.
If you wish to change your basic monthly charge plan when changing your model, please let us know when you contact us from J:COM.

We will call you back to confirm the details of your application.
Pick up your device
We will send the device to you by mail.
When you receive the device, please check the enclosed materials and replace SIM Card from the old device to the new device.
About the smartphone more program
Only for devices purchased by February 17, 2021, if the applicable conditions are met, one of the benefits of the “Smartphone more program”, “Half Price Assist” can be used.
- Those who have changed to the new plan (J:COM MOBILE Plan A ST) are not eligible.
- "Terminal discount" has been discontinued as of February 17, 2021.
