Notes on changing plans

If you are subscribed to "J:COM MOBILE A Plan" and want to change from your current plan to "J:COM MOBILE A Plan ST/SU", there are some things to keep in mind.

  1. There are no contract cancellation fees or other fees associated with plan changes.
  2. Due to the plan change, the discount currently applied to "J:COM MOBILE A Plan" will end. Therefore, if you currently have a device discount applied to your device payment (when you sign up for a new subscription) and have an installment remaining, after you change your plan, the device discount will no longer apply and you will be able to pay the remaining device fee without any discount. Payment will be made.
  3. The new plan "J:COM MOBILE A Plan ST/SU" does not apply the smartphone more program, so you will not be able to use the half price assist after changing the plan.
  4. Customers who wish to apply for the "J:COM MOBILE Saikyo Young Wari" or "Senior 60 wari Discount (Monthly Fee)" cannot apply online. If you wish to apply, please contact J:COM Customer Center (0120-999-000).
