- Can you do the initial settings for connecting to the internet?

Up until the end of the month following the completion of J:COM NET installation work, you can have one PC's initial settings (connection settings, e-mail settings, and security settings) performed free of charge.
- Can I use my current email address?

If you have a free email such as Gmail, you can use it with no problems. There are services from each company that allow you to continue using the email address of your current provider even after canceling your contract. Please contact your current provider for details.
- Do Seishun 22 Wari and Seishun 26 Wari discounts apply if the user is of the target age?

The age of the contract holder, not the user, must be the eligible age. For example, if you are already using J:COM and would like to apply for Seishun 22 Wari discount, your contract holder must be 22 years old or younger.
- Do I need to sign a contract with a provider?

J:COM NET comes with a line and provider as a set, so there is no need to sign a separate contract with a provider.

To achieve the communication speeds required by the 10G technical standard, you must connect to the ONU using a compatible device/wired LAN. Cannot be used in conjunction with commercially available wireless repeaters.

If your device (one device) is Wi-Fi 7 compatible and has a 2x2 antenna and 6GHz, the maximum speed according to the technical standard when connected wirelessly is approximately 11.5Gbps.

If your device (one device) is Wi-Fi 7 compatible and has a 2x2 antenna and 6GHz, the maximum speed according to the technical standard when connected wirelessly is approximately 11.5Gbps.

- IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax standard. To achieve 10G communication speeds, you must connect the ONU with a compatible device (10GBASE-T) or wired LAN (Category 6A, 6e, or higher). Cannot be used in conjunction with commercially available wireless repeaters.
- To use it, you need to subscribe to a service specified by J:COM.
