Additionally, depending on the property, you may be able to use J:COM TV or J:COM NET at a special rate that is cheaper than usual.

- Credit card in the contract holder's name

- Do I need to connect and configure the equipment myself?

You can choose between installation by yourself or installation by a professional.
You can choose to either "install the equipment yourself" or "have a technician install it" when connecting and setting up the equipment.
For some properties and services, only "installation by workers" is possible.
If you are not comfortable doing the work yourself, please select "Installation by a technician." J:COM technician will visit your home to install the equipment, set up the initial settings, and explain how to use it. At this time, we will also set up peripheral devices such as your TV, computer, and printer.
About initial settings of your computer

- What payment methods can I choose for the product price and monthly fees?

If you cancel your contract midway through installment payments for your device, you will be required to pay the remaining amount in installments either all at once or in installments. In addition, payment timing and method will be based on the invoice from J:COM.
