If you subscribe to Messhu Wi-Fi, there is no delivery fee for the device.
Furthermore, if you wish to remove Messhu Wi-Fi, the device delivery fee will be waived if you notify us within two months of the month of installation (during the discount period).

"Set it yourself" If you select and set the device: The device delivery fee of 1,800 yen (1,980 yen including tax) will be 0 Yen To
If you cancel by removing yourself: Equipment delivery fee of 3,000 yen (3,300 yen including tax) will be charged. 0 Yen To

Target audience Customers who have subscribed to Messhu Wi-Fi and received and returned the equipment through self-installation.
Apply
  • We will give you a discount on the equipment delivery fee when you subscribe.
  • If the customer requests cancellation within two months, including the month of installation, the equipment delivery fee at the time of cancellation will be discounted.
  • If you wish to have our equipment installed and removed by our workers, or if you apply for other J:COM services at the same time, you will not be eligible for the equipment delivery fee discount.
  • Depending on the contents of the application, some may not be applicable. Please contact us for more information.
  • Not applicable for J:COM NET Hikari (N).

  • If you subscribe to J:COM NET at the same time, you may not be able to install it yourself. Please contact us for more information.
  • If you do not receive the device (pod), your application will be invalid. If you wish to continue to "install by yourself", you will need to apply again.
  • You cannot specify the delivery date and time.
  • Even if you have applied for "self-installation", if you find it difficult to do it yourself after receiving the device (pod), J:COM staff can visit and install it (for a fee). Please contact us for more information.
